Our training focuses on 3 Core Barista Skills that most cafés seek out from new baristas. What You’ll Learn:

  • Efficient Café Workflow
    Skill Level: Junior Barista
    Learn how to manage the espresso machine confidently, and build a smooth workflow that cafés rely on from your first shift.
  • Shot Calibration & Flavour Control
    Skill Level: Senior Barista
    Understand how grinding, dosing and extraction affect taste so you can troubleshoot real-world flavour issues and ensure consistently great coffee.
  • Latte Art & Customer Experience
    Skill Level: Senior Barista
    Latte art is taught as a controlled, repeatable skill, not a one-off result. You’ll learn how to pour designs consistently, identify why pours fail, and make adjustments in real time. Designs covered include Hearts & Rosetta

In addition, you will learn how to interpret customer preferences and recommend drinks with ease. This a core part of customer service that many advanced baristas are expected to master.
